I design, ship, measure, and improve. V2 always beats a late, perfected V1. So I get my work to users early and let the data guide what comes next. Faster workflows, higher conversion, fewer errors: that's how I know it's working. Good design is never done, and that's exactly how I like it.
I started my career in operations, where I built my own tools to get work done faster. What began as solving my own problems became the reason to help others work better, eventually leading me to design. That background shapes everything: I know how to listen to the people using these tools every day, because I've been in their shoes.
I don't design in a corner and reveal the finished thing. I bring users, engineers, PMs, and stakeholders in early, because they see things I won't. I can discuss code with engineers, sketch through ideas with PMs, and build prototypes that make it real for users. Taking this input and making the call? That's the work I love.
